Jamaal Napoleon is a passionate and growth-focused learning and development leader with over 26 years of cross-industry experience spanning education, technology, finance, and community engagement. As the Global Manager of Virtual Learning at ManpowerGroup, he leads global learning initiatives, manages HR technology platforms, and champions the integration of AI in workforce development. His thought leadership has been featured at events such as the Alverno Community Conference, Microsoft AI Camps, Skillsoft Perspectives, Thurgood Marshall Scholarship events and ManpowerGroup.

Jamaal’s career reflects a deep commitment to equity, innovation, and lifelong learning. He has driven platform engagement through strategic partnerships and content development, and his expertise includes instructional design, project management, adult learning theory, and AI competency.

Beyond corporate leadership, Jamaal is a dedicated community builder and mentor. He serves on the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music Developmental Board and the Valor (Veterans) Business Resource Group Leadership Board. U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former college football coach, he brings a unique blend of discipline, creativity, and empathy to every endeavor.

Jamaal holds a BBA in Secondary Education from Concordia University and is a 2024 graduate of the African American Leadership Program. His work continues to inspire inclusive learning environments and empower individuals to reach their full potential.
