Dr. Nadiyah Johnson

Board VP of Operations, CEO & Founder of Jet Constellations & The Milky Way Tech Hub

Dr. Nadiyah Johnson is the founder of the Milky Way Tech Hub, a social impact initiative workin to make Milwaukee a national model for inclusive tech ecosystems. Through education, entrepreneurship, and community-building, the Hub uplifts underrepresented communities.

Nadiyah is also the founder of Jet Constellations, a software company, and a professor of computer science at Marquette University, where she earned her bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. Her AI research has been recognized globally. She has received honors from Essence, Milwaukee Business Journal, and Milwaukee Magazine. Outside of tech, Nadiyah is an artist and chess lover.
